This is a wonderful condo at the resort of Bernard's Landing on Smith Mountain Lake. It is important for you to know that when you rent from Bernard's Vacation Rentals, we are on site 7 days a week, and here to help you have a great vacation. When you check in, you are given lots of information about the resort, how to rent a boat, best places to fish, best area restaurant, how to get around on the lake easily, and more. If you have not been to Smith Mountain Lake before this is a nice for you to have all of this information, and have people here to assist you. A lot of people rent here from owners and all they get is a lockbox number, and they are not given much info about anything. So if you want a great, easy vacation, Grace's Place is a great choice. It has a king bedroom and 2 twins, plus a queen sleeper sofa. It overlooks a pool, the lake and the mountain. This home is toddler friendly, offers a high chair and a pack and play.
When you stay here you can use all of the amenities. 2 outdoor pools, basketball court, racquetball court, beach, tennis, pickle ball, playground, restaurant, and The Cottage Gate Gift Shop where you will find little treasures.

Summary: Condo was super clean comfy and nice. Had everything we needed. View of the lake was amazing. Rented a boat and the water was great. Water sports was fun!! Everything perfect. Very peaceful. Grace was super helpful and communicated entire trip with any questions we had !!! Recommend 1000%. We will be back!
